ENRA is the Republic of the Marshall Islands' national universal basic income: about $200 per quarter for every resident citizen, children included. Recipients can take the payment as USDM1, a tokenised Treasury-backed sovereign bond on Stellar, in the government-backed Lomalo wallet. It was billed as the world's first on-chain UBI disbursement.
