impactMarket is a Celo-based, DAO-governed poverty-alleviation protocol from Portugal. Crowdfunded smart contracts pay Unconditional Basic Income in cUSD to vulnerable communities, and community managers onboard the beneficiaries. It later added microcredit, a Learn & Earn app and the Libera wallet.
