ReFi Medellin, the first Colombian local node of ReFi DAO, runs a small basic income pilot paying weekly cCOP (Mento's Colombian-peso stablecoin on Celo) to about 15 local residents, including women of the Amapolas community. Disbursements are published on a public Dune dashboard.
