Sophia is a proposed "decentralized digital commonwealth" protocol that combines a demurrage-based mutual-credit universal basic income, a hybrid proof-of-personhood layer for Sybil resistance, and an "Adaptive Futarchy" governance model blending liquid democracy with prediction markets, all targeted at a ZK-rollup.
