UBI2 is a new EVM-compatible blockchain from Democracy Earth, the team behind the original UBI token. Verified humans are streamed 1 UBI per hour. Humanity is established by social vouching judged by a quorum of AI verifier nodes, or optionally by a zero-knowledge e-passport proof, and contracts can be written in plain language.

- AI proof-of-humanity: social vouching judged by a quorum of AI verifier nodes (liveness, sybil analysis, disputes), with no biometrics or documents
- Optional ZK proof over ICAO-9303 NFC e-passports (one-passport-one-human nullifier)

Social mining

1 UBI per hour streamed continuously to each verified human; streams can be forwarded peer-to-peer in real time

Token economics

Native UBI token also pays gas; fees go to a treasury for fee recycling
